This 42 year old woman had concerns about the flatness on the top of her bridge and the wideness of her nasal bridge, as well as her deviated septum. She wanted to improve the look of her nose from a side angled view and wanted her nose to look closer to her face. She had a septorhinoplasty. These photos were taken at 3 months after her surgery.
