A non-surgical rhinoplasty utilizes proven dermal fillers like Restylane and Juvederm to fill, smooth, and reshape your nose. While they can’t make your nose smaller, they can help to straighten the bridge of your nose and make the nose itself more symmetrical and attractive-looking, so that it enhances your overall appearance instead of taking center stage.

During the procedure, as a first step, a numbing cream will be applied to ensure your comfort while the fillers are being injected. Next, the treatment itself begins and the dermal fillers are carefully injected into the specific target areas to alter the lines and shape of your nose, bringing it into alignment and modifying it to better compliment your other facial features.
You may see a little redness and sensitivity in the area of the injection in the day or two after the procedure, which will fade after a couple of days.
The results, in many cases, are the same as what you would experience after the more involved and invasive surgical procedure of a traditional rhinoplasty. However, they are not permanent.
The results are long lasting, but be aware that dermal fillers do require periodic touch-ups. You will have the profile and aesthetic look you want for nine months to two years. You can have touch ups done to continue the effects for years afterward.
