How does Juvederm Volbella work?

Since each molecule can hold 1,000 times its weight in water, using Juvederm Volbella XC reverses age-related volume loss and can create plump, youthful looking lips. Juvederm Volbella XC is equally effective at reducing lines around the edges of your lips.

Results generally last more than twelve months. Juvederm Volbella XC is gradually degraded by the body’s own mechanism and disappears without any residue. Who is a good candidate for Juvederm Volbella XC?

Patients must be in good health, have reasonable expectations for the procedure, and be over 21 years of age. Juvederm Volbella XC cannot be used if you have a bleeding disorder, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. If you have a skin infection (such as a cold sore, pimple, or rash), you must wait until it has healed. Let Dr. Tansavatdi know if you are allergic to gram-positive bacterial proteins or to lidocaine. To prevent bruising, you must avoid taking medications and supplements that prolong bleeding during the week before your procedure.

How is Juvederm Volbella XC administered?

Juvederm Volbella XC is administered using a fine needle. Juvederm Volbella XC contains lidocaine to numb the area and make the injections more comfortable.
