This 61-year-old man wanted to address the tip of his nose as he felt it was rather big and wanted to achieve a more refined shape. He was concerned that his nose was too big for his face and noticed that his nostrils were very visible. To address his concerns, he underwent a rhinoplasty. These photos were taken 5 months after his surgery.
