This 22 year old woman struggled with breathing at night, finding that she was breathing from her mouth only. The right side of her nose collapsed and she had significant narrowing of her nasal passages. The tip of her nose was also drooping and contributing to collapse of the nasal passages.. In addition, she wanted to address the appearance of her nose. She underwent a Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
