This patient had a history of chronic nasal obstruction and chronic mouth breathing. She was unhappy with the shape of her nose but wanted to remain very natural looking. Her tip was raised, the bump on the bridge was shaved, and nostrils were conservatively narrowed with an alarplasty. These photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
