This 55 year old Asian female came in with complaints of large nostrils, droopy eyelids, and under eye bags. She underwent alar base reduction via Weir excision and sill reduction to reduce the size of her nostrils so that they would fit her face better.She also underwent upper eyelid lift with fat grafting to the brows to accentuate the eyes. Fat was also grafted to the cheeks and tear troughs to rejuvenate the eyes and face.
