- Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping)
This patient developed a crooked nose and deviated septum after upper jaw surgery. The crooked nose was corrected by placing spreader grafts. A larger spreader graft was placed on the side of concavity. The tip cartilage was re-aligned because the right tip cartilage was lower than the left. The septum was deviated to the right. On the bottom view of the nose the correction in the deviation of the septum can be appreciated.
