This 18-year-old came in to address a hump and the hooked appearance of her nose. She also noticed that her tip drooped, especially when smiling. She underwent a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. The hump was reduced, bridge straightened, tip of the nose elevated and refined. This picture was taken 8 months after surgery.
