This 18 year old female came to me at first wanting to address her thin upper lip, but was also interested in getting rhinoplasty surgery for refinement of her nose and smoothing of her bridge. I performed a rhinoplasty, subnasal lip lift, lip augmentation with mastoid fascia grafts and corner lip lift. These photos were taken 10 months after surgery.
