- Revision Rhinoplasty
This 41 year old female had previously undergone a rhinoplasty about 20 years ago for a bump on the bridge of her nose, but developed significant cosmetic deformities. She was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. She did not like the boxy appearance of her nasal tip and visible sharp white edges that she could see particularly on the right side of the nose. She also wanted to straighten out the deviation and asymmetry in the middle of her nose. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty to bring symmetry back to her nose by using auricular and temporalis fascia grafts. These photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
