This 58 year old woman wanted to address the laxity and loose skin of her neck and face. She was also looking to improve volume loss and overall signs of aging. She had tried several non-surgical treatments to address her concerns, but saw no improvement. She underwent a deep plane facelift and deep necklift with platysmaplasty, upper blepharoplasty, temporal brow lift, facial fat transfer with PRFM to the temples, cheeks, around the eyes, subnasal lip lift, and lip augmentation. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
Note, the scar visible on the patient’s right cheek is the result of a separate surgical procedure performed at a different clinic that is not related to any treatment or procedures conducted by our practice.
