This 63-year-old woman wanted to address the lines and heaviness of her lower face and neck. Her neck really bothered her as she felt it revealed her age. She felt as if her rounded face had become square-like and her skin had a distinctive “crepey” appearance due to the noticeable sagging. She also wanted to address the heaviness of her brows and the hollowing in her temples. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, temporal brow lift, and fat transfer to her face and hands with PRFM. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
