This 43 year old female wanted to address signs of an aging lower face and a sagging neck. Over the last few years she had seen the aging process increase, especially in her neck and lower face. She underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift with deep neck contouring, bilateral partial submandibular gland resection, and autologous fat transfer to the face. These photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
