This 61-year-old man wanted to address the excess, sagging skin of his neck. He wanted the appearance of his neck to match his charming face and personality. He underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, and lower blepharoplasty. These photos were taken 4 months after his deep plane facelift and neck lift procedure and 1 month after his lower blepharoplasty procedure.
