This patient had concerns about aged appearance from droopy upper eyelids and redundant lower eyelid skin. She also had prominent jowls and undefined jawline from sagging lower face. She wanted to have procedures to rejuvenate the entire face. A upper and lower eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty and lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty was performed) with repositioning of orbital fat to treat the loss of volume in the lower eye area and a pinch of the lower eyelid skin. She also underwent an extended SMAS facelift with submental liposuction and platysmaplasty (tightening of the platysmal bands).
