This 60 year old patient was having issues with her vision and noticed sagging of the upper eyelids and lower eyelid bags. She was found to have ptosis with more involvement on the right upper eyelid. She underwent upper eyelid ptosis repair and lower blepharoplasty. The pictures were taken 1 month after surgery.
