This 69 year old woman was concerned about heavy jowling and the laxity and excess skin in her neck and lower face. She had previously used fillers to address her concerns, but eventually noticed that her lower face looked even heavier than before. She also wanted to address her heavy upper eyelids. She also noticed deep sagging under her eyes. To address this, she underwent a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift with deep neck contouring and platysmaplasty and a temporal brow lift. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
