Brittany Estrada, PA-C - Aesthetic Physician Assistant

Brittany Estrada is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with an extensive background in the field of plastic surgery. Brittany is a born and raised Southern California native. She attended the University of California, Irvine for undergraduate studies where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Biology. She was awarded Scholar Athlete Awards while attending UCI, as she was a Division I athlete, on the women’s soccer team. She then went on to attend the University of Southern California's Keck School of Medicine, graduating with her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Practice. She excelled at USC where she graduated as one of the top in her class. While there she was chosen to compete for USC at a Medical Challenge Bowl competition, where she placed first amongst all other California PA Schools. After graduation she scored in the 100th percentile on the National Physician Assistant board exam.

She has been a practicing PA in plastic surgery for over 8 years and over 13 years in medical aesthetics. She is highly trained and skilled in both surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures. Her non-surgical areas of expertise include but are not limited to neuromodulator injections (i.e. Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau), injectable fillers and biostimulators, various laser treatments such as IPL and fractional lasers, microneedling with PRP/PRF, hair restoration with PRP/PRF, among others. She also has a vast understanding and knowledge of topical skin care to help patients implement at-home regimens to not only complement their procedures, but to maintain optimal results.

Brittany strives to always be learning so she can integrate new techniques to deliver the safest, most effective, and best quality results for her patients. She loves to work one-on-one with each patient to customize a tailored, holistic plan to enhance each individual's natural beauty.

Holly Lemp, RN - Nurse Manager

Holly has known she wanted to be in the medical field since she was 7 years old, but always thought it would be as a physician. Holly graduated as a pre-med student from UCLA with her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiological Science in 2000. While applying to medical school, she decided that becoming a nurse was her true calling because she wanted to be able to do more bedside care and education with patients. She graduated from Moorpark Nursing School in 2003 and got experience working in the hospital in oncology, post-partum, and nursery/NICU, before landing her first job in the outpatient world….and the rest is history!

With more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, and 8 years of management experience being the Director of Nursing in outpatient surgical centers, Holly has been able to perfect her trade, and knows how to give patients the highest quality, specialized care, that they deserve. Holly has a unique ability to develop a special rapport with her patients, and she strives every day to create a special experience for each individual person, by listening, educating, and treating them as she would want her own family to be treated.

As the Nurse Manager at Westlake Premier Surgical Center and Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery, Holly works alongside Dr. Tansavatdi to ensure that all our patients are 100% confident in knowing that they are in the best hands possible, and supported by a handpicked team that prioritizes education, safety, and a commitment to excellence.

Hunter Phillips, CST - Surgical technologist

As Dr. Tansavatdi's Surgical Technologist and right hand woman in the operating room at Westlake Premier Surgery Center, Hunter is dedicated to contributing to a seamless surgical experience at Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery. Hunter’s ability to anticipate the needs of Dr. Tansavatdi and prepare the OR for surgery helps ensure an optimal surgical outcome for every patient. With over five years of experience supporting surgical teams in facial plastic surgery procedures, she is extremely proficient in preparing operating rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during operations.

Jessica Wright - Surgical Coordinator

With more than 20 years of experience in sales and a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful, Jessica brings a personalized, results-driven approach to every client that she meets. She’s spent years honing her skills in building trust, understanding client needs, and guiding them through high-value decisions with clarity and care.

What sets Jessica apart is her attention to detail, natural ability to connect with people, and deep belief in the transformative power of aesthetic care. She understands that choosing a facial procedure is a deeply personal journey, and Jessica is here to make sure every patient at Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery feels informed, supported, and empowered from the first consultation to post-treatment care.

Jeanett Jaimerena - Patient Concierge

Jeanett started her journey in the world of aesthetics as an aesthetician in 2021. After overcoming personal struggles with her own skin growing up, she knew that she wanted to be a part of other people's journeys in feeling confident and happy in their own skin. After three years of working in a medical spa and learning so much about different non-surgical treatments and modalities, Jeanett knew that her passion and skills made her ready to pursue her goal of working for a facial plastic surgeon.

At Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery, Jeanett is able to utilize her expertise in aesthetics and non-surgical treatments, and continue her passion for creating positive and meaningful transformations.

Jasmine Reyes - Patient Concierge

Having worked at both Sephora and the world-renowned Four Seasons, Jasmine has a unique skill set that combines both her passion and professionalism to help make people feel beautiful, both inside and out. Jasmine’s firsthand experience with a high level of attention to detail that goes beyond cosmetics inspires her to always go above and beyond for her clients—to help them not only love how they look, but also how they feel throughout the process. Her friendliness, compassion, and commitment to excellence led her to continue her education in esthetics, ultimately bringing her into the medical world.

When Jasmine discovered the vision and passion that Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery embodies, she felt it completely aligned with her own goals of "creating positive transformations in mind, body, and spirit."

Reese Guzman - Lead Medical Assistant

Reese is the Lead Medical Assistant at Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery, where she brings a compassionate, patient-first approach to everything she does. Reese is originally from Hawaii and is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sports Medicine, where she also excelled as a Division I collegiate golfer.

Reese brings a well-rounded background in healthcare and community service. Her experience includes working as a medical assistant in both Medi spa and primary care offices, serving as a program assistant at a substance abuse facility, and mentoring young athletes as a junior golf coach. She is driven by excellence, results-driven care, and a deep curiosity to continuously grow.

Reese is grateful to be part of a supportive and high-performing team, learning under the leadership role of a strong female mentor. With a heart full of Aloha, she aims to spread positivity and make a meaningful difference in every life she touches.

Iris Kim - Medical Assistant

Iris began her love for learning about health and medicine when she was handed an anatomy textbook at 5 years old. This passion continued through college, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Cell Biology and Physiology at Brigham Young University. Her previous experience as a medical health screener, biochemistry teaching assistant, and a metabolic syndrome research assistant all increased her love for patient care and medical learning. As a future doctor, Iris continues her strong drive for medical learning in an environment that places great emphasis on excellent patient care, lifelong learning, and an overall commitment to excellence.
